Mürver, the brand new restaurant opened on the top floor of Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus definitely offers a feast for the eyes with the magnificent peninsula view, as well as the hearty dishes served in shared platters do for the tum. Embedded in the cozy, yet chic vibes catered by the crackles of everlasting wood fire and clinking glasses, it certainly is a place where you will share a good laugh with loved ones.

The menu includes seasonal ingredients purchased from local Anatolian producers, more specifically, wood-oven cooked or wood-grilled dishes, slowly cooked BBQ dishes, smoked dishes, sustainable seafood, handmade dried and rested meat, Turkish spicy sujuks, and sausages, as well as many other dishes and mezes – which will also win the hearts of vegetarians.

Mürver is mainly focused on Turkish wines when it comes to alcoholic beverages but still, it has a wide range of domestic and imported drinks including wines, rakı, and cocktails. The liquor menu paired with appetizers offers a delighted bar experience for those who want to relax at mid-lunch, the happy hour, as well as before or after dining.
Designed to be creative, comfy, and hip, Mürver’s interior enjoys natural materials such as wood, marble, and black sheet iron and its open-air terrace overlooking the Topkapı Palace and the Marmara Sea, has a well-designed pergola system.
